Buying or Selling a Home

Members receive up to $10,200 when buying and selling a home.  When you buy or sell a home you will receive 17% of the commission earned by your program real estate agent.

Example:  If you purchase a home for $250,000 and your program real estate agent receives a 3% commission, the commission earned by the agent is $7,500.  You will receive 17% of their $7,500 = $1,275.

The following states AK, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, NJ and OK do not allow cash back incentives to buyers or sellers.  However, you are eligible to receive all other, discounts, free services and rewards that this real estate and mortgage benefits program offers.  If your real estate purchase transaction involves an FHA or VA loan the "lender" may limit the amount of "cash back" that you receive.  Please consult with your benefits loan officer if you plan on doing an FHA or VA loan.  

AL, OR and TN allow cash back only in the form of a credit at closing.  The distribution method of "cash back" is determined by state and federal laws and proceeds will be credited or distributed within 30 days of the close of your real estate transaction.  State and federal laws are subject to change.  Please consult with your benefits real estate agent regarding eligibility and distribution of your "cash back" funds.  Maximum "cash back" is defined as 17% of the 3% commission earned by your benefits real estate agent on a sales or purchase transaction.  If your benefits real estate agents commission is less than 3% your cash back will reflect a lesser amount.
